We spend time asking A LOT of questions and talking to all of the key players of the store PLUS customers. Actually...it's more like we listen. What are your problems? What are your dreams? We can't help you take your business to the Next Level if we don't understand it. How it runs today.
But after that, it's different for every single store. We don't see owners and their stores as cookie-cutter, but we do believe in best practices within the resale industry. This leads us to developing a Strategic Plan with an incremental success path. We hold you accountable through follow-up zoom calls and resources to keep moving forward.
We want you to build and create a store that works for how you do business and how we can help you grow it to what your vision is...what your dream is.
Just like with our coaching calls, the biggest factor in the visit is just being open and willing to talk about the truth in your business. Seriously, we don't want the Instagram perfection side of your store - we want the down & dirty. It really is just throwing back the curtain and showing us the good, the bad, and the ugly. And don't worry...your secrets are safe with us. That's at the top of our rules and priorities.
Sometimes it's hard to make that call or send that message, but believe us when we say:

When we come into your store, the first thing we do is get to know it. We take pictures. We have conversations. We peek behind the closed doors. And then we really get into the heart of the matter - you.
As the visit progresses, we'll talk about all kinds of areas of your business:

We also sit down with your key team players to learn about the store from their point of view. They play an important role in your business and we respect their knowledge, too.
Once our on-site time is complete, we go back and work on a comprehensive report - a Strategic Analysis. This plan focuses on 3-5 changes for your business that will make the biggest impact and/or set you up for further success.
Along the way we'll introduce you to our Accountability Coach who can help you stay on track and focused to go the Next Level in Resale.
