Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can happen and you might not be able to attend the workshop after you have signed up.  While we will do our best to work with you, depending on the day of cancellation, we may not be able to refund your full amount.   If you are needing to cancel after October 6, 2023 due to testing positive for Covid-19, please send an email to april@NextLevelResale.

Our guidelines are as follows:

Cancellation on or before October 6, 2023  full refund

Cancellation between October 7, 2023 and October 13, 2023: 50% refund

Cancellation on October 14, 2023 or after:  no refunds

This is for the workshop only.  Please contact the hotel regarding your room arrangements.

 

Additional Policies:
