Welcome to the Next Level Resale Academy. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member of the academy.

1. Overview of Services
Next Level Resale Academy (NLRA) provides education, training materials, online courses, and resources to help subscribers learn and grow in the resale industry. These services are available on a subscription basis, allowing ongoing access to current and future content provided by NLRA.

2. Subscription Terms

  • Billing Cycle: All NLRA memberships operate on a monthly subscription model. Billing occurs on a recurring basis based on the subscription plan chosen at the time of sign-up.
  • Subscription Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions, including canceling before renewal dates to avoid unwanted charges. Next Level Resale does not offer refunds or credits for any partial billing periods if a subscription is canceled mid-cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellation: It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription directly through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
  • Refunds: NLRA does not offer refunds on subscription payments once billed. By subscribing, you agree that all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including any automatic renewal charges.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize the Academy to charge the designated account for all fees related to your subscription, including renewal fees.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment method is declined, access to NLRA resources may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.

5. Content Usage

  • License: As a subscriber, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the NLRA resources for the running of your business.
  • Intellectual Property: All content provided by NLRA is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Account Responsibility

  • Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activities conducted under their account.
  • Account Sharing: Access is limited to the individual subscriber only. Sharing account access is prohibited and may result in termination of the subscription without a refund.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Next Level Resale Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately for new users and at the start of the next billing cycle for existing subscribers.

8. Termination

  • Right to Terminate: The NLRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription at its sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to the Academy’s content and resources will be revoked immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Next Level Resale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Next Level Resale Academy (NLRA) services. The maximum liability of the Academy is limited to the total amount paid by the subscriber in the 12 months preceding any claim.
